• →In parallel, leads internal operating efficiency, team synchronisation, company-performance management, and KPI definition so delivery capacity and firm performance stay aligned.

Hands-on technology scope

• →Runs C-level workshops that separate AI strategies with durable value from those without, then leads the follow-on implementation path.
• →Builds industry-specific AI agents designed to operate autonomously in complex environments and produce reproducible results for SME and enterprise clients.
• →Runs advisory-plus-implementation across client technology landscapes, including CRM, ERP, Power Platform, AI agents, and Microsoft ecosystems where they fit, with board-ready workshop and implementation materials developed with client boards.
• →Developed a fully integrated 5-year financial forecasting model for revenue, operational costs, and capital expenditure (first month, with Ambit's board).
